Online sales are only valid and applicable to the territories of mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira archipelagos.

Phytoval Lda. takes into account information regarding the essential characteristics of products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, and photographs and/or diagrams illustrating the products sold.

The retail prices indicated on www.supernatural.pt and its subdomains are presented in euros. VAT is included in all prices mentioned.
Shipping costs are borne by the user and buyer and are added to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process. Phytoval Lda. reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, Phytoval Lda. undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time the purchase order is placed.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other error that causes a substantial change not foreseen by Phytoval Lda. in the retail price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled.

To place an order, you must access www.supernatural.pt and register as a user on that website by filling out the electronic form and following the instructions for each step. After registering, you can proceed to purchase your product(s).

All items on the website www.supernatural.pt are available to order, unless they are out of stock.

Phytoval, Lda offers several payment methods for your order at www.supernatural.pt:

• Visa, MasterCard: The customer must provide all the requested information. If the payment platform informs that the payment has not been accepted, your order will be automatically canceled.
• Paypal: When selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. NOTE: When choosing to pay with PayPal, the previously selected billing address will be ignored, as only the address registered in your PayPal account can be used for billing purposes.
• Discount vouchers and coupons: Only vouchers or coupons issued by Phytoval Lda. will be valid.

6.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €3.50 and €4.50 for mainland Portugal and Madeira or the Azores, respectively.

6.5 Taxes and Fees
The retail prices listed on www.supernatural.pt and its subdomains are in euros. VAT is included in all prices.

Orders will only be delivered to mainland Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira.

Important note: Your order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.
All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the product packaging, you must report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to this damage on the delivery receipt. You should also contact our Customer Support Line at 219200702.
Please note that a proof of delivery without reference to damage is equivalent to a product delivered in perfect condition. If, after opening the packaging, you detect damage to the product, you have 24 hours after receiving the order to contact our Customer Support Line at 219200702.
