Return Policy
​
Our Return Policy is part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our General Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.
In distance contracts, the consumer has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without paying compensation and without having to give a reason.

For the exercise of this right, the period shall be counted:
a) With regard to the supply of goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer, provided that the obligations referred to in Article 5 have been fulfilled;
b) With regard to the provision of services, from the date of conclusion of the contract or from the date on which the obligations referred to in Article 5 have been fulfilled, if this occurs after the conclusion of the contract, provided that the three-month period referred to in the following paragraph is not exceeded;
c) If the supplier has not fulfilled the obligations referred to in Article 5, the period referred to in paragraph 1 shall be three months from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer or, in the case of services, from the date of conclusion of the contract;
d) If the supplier fulfills the obligations referred to in Article 5 during the withdrawal period referred to in the previous paragraph and before the consumer has exercised that right, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract from the date of receipt of that information.

If the supplier has not fulfilled the obligations referred to in Article 5, the period referred to in paragraph 1 is three months from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer or, in the case of services, from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If the supplier fulfills the obligations referred to in Article 5 during the withdrawal period referred to in the previous paragraph and before the consumer has exercised that right, the consumer has 14 days to terminate the contract from the date of receipt of that information.
​5 - Without prejudice to the provisions of subparagraph a) of paragraph 3 of the previous article, the consumer's right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been exercised by sending, within the time limits provided for herein, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt informing the other contracting party or the person designated for that purpose of the intention to withdraw from the contract.

Article 8 - Effects of Termination
​
1 - When the right of free termination has been exercised by the consumer, under the terms of Article 6, the supplier is obliged to reimburse the amounts paid by the consumer within a maximum period of 30 days, without any expenses for the consumer, except for any expenses directly resulting from the return of the goods when not claimed by the consumer.

2 - In the event of termination, the consumer must keep the goods in such a way as to be able to return them to the supplier or to the person designated in the contract, in proper condition for use, within 30 days of the date of receipt.

3 - Where the price of the goods or services is wholly or partly covered by credit granted by the supplier or by a third party on the basis of an agreement between the latter and the supplier, the credit agreement shall be automatically and simultaneously terminated, without compensation, if the consumer exercises his right of free termination in accordance with Article 6(1).

All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the product packaging, you must report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also referring to this damage in the delivery receipt. You should also contact our Customer Support Line at 219200702.

Please note that a proof of delivery without reference to damage is equivalent to a product delivered in perfect condition. If, after opening the packaging, you detect damage to the product, you have 24 hours after receiving the order to contact our Customer Support Line at 219200702.
Defective Items - If you believe that the item(s) you have purchased are defective, you have 14 days to return them.

Satisfaction Return - The consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the last item, in the case of several items ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to return their order, without needing to indicate the reason, in accordance with Article 10(1) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14.

You can do so provided that the item is in the same condition as when it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by the sales document. You can do so by contacting our Helpline on 219200702 for information on shipping procedures.

Return Conditions:

1. Items with no signs of misuse

2. Return of the complete item, with all its components, accessories, and original packaging in perfect condition.
- Return period: Up to the 15th consecutive day from the date of delivery
- Returns due to transport damage: Claims for damage caused by transport must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date. After this period, Phytoval Lda. will not be liable for any defects that may have occurred during transport.
Refund
In the event of a return, the refund of your purchase amount will be made after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with Phytoval Lda. having a period of up to 14 days for this purpose. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
